350 | g | Sugar |
400 | g | Wheat flour |

Instructions for Grandma's chocolate / coconut cake
To prepare the Grandma's chocolate / coconut cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the butter and sugar well together, stir the eggs one at a time.
Mix flour, coconut flour, cocoa and baking soda before mixing - together with the milk - stir in the above mixture. If chocolate is used instead of cocoa, this is torn and finally mixed.
The dough is divided into two well-ground spring molds and baked at 175 degrees C. alm. Oven for 40 minutes on the middle groove in the oven.
After 40 minutes check if the cake is baked by sticking, for example, a fork into the cake. If there is nothing on the fork, the cake is finished.
