Instructions for Grøntsagskage
To prepare the Grøntsagskage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Oven preheated to 175 degrees.
Squashen, the carrots and the potatoes rives and mix. The onion cut into thin, short strips and mix in. Peberen cut into strips and mix in.
The eggs are whisked together with spices of your choice, eg. curry paste, red pesto and a little chili. Add about 1 ½ teaspoon salt and mix with the vegetables.
Flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda mix together and add the vegetables. The whole thing is filled into a greased baking pan and bake for 20-30 minutes at 175 degrees.
Tips:
The result is a soft cake with no fat or sugar. It can be eaten as it is or as an accompaniment to a main dish. I would recommend that you can flavour the Customize strongly otherwise it may seem a little boring. With Indian spices is the particularly delicious.
