Ingredients for Grøntkålssuppe

Good brown bread
White pepper
Maybe salt-beware of the meat is indeed salt!!!

0.25White cabbage
0.25Celeriac
1kgLightly salted boiling pork
1kgBreakfast sausage
3Good handfuls of grøntkål (chopped in persillehakkeren)
4Leeks
5lWater
6Carrots
6Potatoes

Instructions for Grøntkålssuppe

To prepare the Grøntkålssuppe recipe, please follow these instructions:

You take: boiling and cook this in 5 liters of water for 1 1/2 hours.
In the last 1/2 hour the medist is swimming in the boiler water.
