1 | l | Lukewarm water (about 30 degrees) |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | kg | Wheat flour |
200 | g | Yeast |
200 | g | Molten magarine (cooled) |
200 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Good, easy buns
To prepare the Good, easy buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast dissolves in the lukewarm water, and then the rest of the ingredients are added. Stir thoroughly and always add more flour if the dough is too sticky.
Then the dough is set for raising for approx. 30 minutes - remember to use a large bowl as the dough will otherwise crawl over the bowl's edges.
When the dough has risen, turn it down and knead slightly. Then the balls are formed and placed on a baking sheet where they raise for another 15 minutes. The balls are brushed and baked at 200 degrees in a preheated oven for approx. 30 minutes.
tips:
Can easily be frozen and tastes freshly baked if they are frozen down after they are taken out of the oven.
