The dough is made by universal as profiteroles, however, it must not bake through on the hob, but taken by as soon as all the gluten-free flour is absorbed by water and margarine. Allow to cool slightly and stir in 1 egg at a time. Formed on wax paper as a cake-husband or wife. Or sprayed with icing bag as small buns on wax paper. Bake at 225 gr. In alm. oven, or by 200 gr. In convection ovens. !!! OBS-OBS-OBS!!! Please be aware that by hot air will dough balls of this dough in the oven, start to blow around freely between each other, a little before they are finished, as they will be airy and margarine lubricates them on the bottom while they bake!
