To prepare the Gluten-free pastry recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the butter into the flour, add the finely powdered sugar, baking soda, salt and finally, add egg yolk. It's all kneaded dough made on ice, if it has been too soft. Bake EVS in portionstr. or as an entire pie bottom. Bake at 200 degrees until golden color is achieved.
