1dlPerfect strew (you can use real sugar)
100gMargarine
150gBrown sugar
2Eggs
2tspAgarve nectar (natural sweetener)
2-3tspCinnamon
4pinchSalt
4dlWater
425-450gFinax mjölmix (the Red)
50gYeast

To prepare the Gluten-free and sugar-free cinnamon nail recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the grease, pour the water and let it become hand-warmed. Stir yeast out of it. Add sugar, egg and salt. Mix the flour in, (remember to save a little to sprinkle on the table). Let the dough rise for approx. 20 min. And mix the filling in between.

After the 20 min. Stir in the dough. Divide the dough into two parts and press them flat. Put the filling on. Roll it together and share the two rolls in 20 pieces. Let them rise for 20 min.

Behind the snails at 200 degrees about 8 minutes.
