Instructions for Giant steak with flavor of Italy

To prepare the Giant steak with flavor of Italy recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the meat with salt. Chop the garlic and stir it in the meat with rasp, egg and pepper. Let it rest. Sprinkle mushrooms into quarters and put them on a pan without fat until they are dark and have tendered.
While mushroom steaks, tomato sauce is prepared. Chop the loaf roughly and put it in a saucepan in a ½ spoon. Olive oil until it's clear. Add the tomato and cook to medium heat to boil while the rest is cooked. Remember to stir in between.
Put the mushrooms in a dish and keep them warm. Pour ½ spsk. Oil in the forehead. Form the dad to a large steak 3 cm thick and put it on the forehead. Let it rise approx. 8 min. By good heat. Turn the steak by sliding it onto a plate so that the raw side is up. Pour ½ tablespoons of oil over the steak, put your forehead and turn around. Remove the plate and let the steak fry 7-8 min. more.

Season tomato sauce with red wine, salt and pepper. Pour the tomato sauce around the steak, put a circle of tomatoes in both the steak and put some of the fried champginons inside the circle. Decorate with parsley.
