To prepare the Gedeost on marinated potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the potatoes into thin slices and boil them in leached salt water.
The potatoes are cooled and turned into olive oil with salt and pepper, grated radishes and parsley / basil for decoration.
Season the potato mixture on 4 plates, sprinkle with grated radish, chopped parsley / basil, put the cheese on and decorate with a spicy parsley.
Served with bread and butter.
