Instructions for Garlic marinated peppers
To prepare the Garlic marinated peppers recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean the peppers and cut them into broad strips lengthwise. heat a large frying pan and roast strips in 1 tbsp olive oil at fairly high heat. The peppers may be a bit black around the edges. Whip up a dressing of the rest of the oil and balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Pour it over the warm waters of the peppers and let this mixture drag a little. Rinse and dry salad and slice garlic fedet in very thin slices. Mix everything well together. The salad may be served warm.
