0.5 | dl | Cooking oil |
1 | Eggs | |
1 | tbsp | Parsley |
1.5 | tsp | Salt |
2 | tsp | Garlic, finely minced |
5 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Yeast |
750 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Garlic bread I
To prepare the Garlic bread I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Warm the water to 37ºC and dissolve the yeast in the water. Add oil, salt, spices and flour. Eat the dough until it is smooth. Let the dough rise for approx. 40 minutes.
Take the dough and turn the air out of it. Divide it into 4 parts. Form each part so it is twice as long as the baking sheet. Fold each piece in the middle and twist it around. Place the garlic bread on a greased baking sheet or on baking paper and allow them to adhere for approx. 30 minutes.
Put the oven at 200ºC and brush the bread with egg-pan. Bake the garlic bread on the next rib for approx. 25 minutes.
