To prepare the Fruit-fried a'la Pauli recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop flour and fat together into a grit lot. Add cream and water and work the dough together. Let the dough rest cold while making the vanilla cream. Mix cream, egg, sugar and corn oil in a thickened saucepan. Let the cream simmer until it gets thick. Taste with vanilla sugar and let the cream get cold. Rinse and clean the carriers.
