Ingredients for Fruit buns
1 | dl | Oatmeal |
1 | tbsp | Oil or liquid margarine |
1 | Large Apple grated like uskrællet | |
120 | g | Wholemeal wheat flour |
2 | tsp | Brown sugar |
2 | tsp | Cinnamon |
25 | g | Yeast |
3.5 | dl | Lukewarm water |
450 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Raisins or other dried fruit |
Instructions for Fruit buns
To prepare the Fruit buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Udrør the yeast in the lukewarm water.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Knead the dough until it is smooth.
Be raised approximately 1 hour.
Beaten down and shaped to 16 buns, which is put on the plate with wax paper.
After lifted 20 min.
The swollen buns can possibly. brush with a little oil or together the beaten egg.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
Tips:
Raisins can be replaced with other dried fruit, such as. Cranberries, chopped dried apricots, diced dried figs, chopped dates or possibly, a mixture of various chopped, dried fruits. Kanelen may want to. replaced with 2 tsp cardamom. Dough balls are particularly suitable for diabetics pga. high in fiber and low in fat. A bun is suitable as a snack.
