Instructions for Frittelle di mele
To prepare the Frittelle di mele recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter and milk is heated and poured into the bowl. The flour is stirred together with bagepulveret and mixed into the milk. Share the eggs in the whites and yolks. Whisk together yolks and mix it into the batter. Style dough in refrigerator 1 hour. In the meantime we peeled off the apples and core are set out. Cut into 7 mm thin rings, bestrøes with sugar and pour over with red wine. Let them soak 15 minutes in marinade. Take æbleringene and dry them in paper towel. Mix sugar with finely chopped Mint. The egg whites whipped stiff with a praise salt and invert gently into the dough. The oil is heated. Apple rang plug individually with a fork and dip into the hot oil and Bake until golden brown. Placed on fat sucking paper and invert in mint sugar while they are still warm.
