To prepare the Fritata, tomato with basil recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the eggs together and salt and pepper.
Cut onion and garlic
Sauter onion and garlic
Season with thyme and basil leaves
Pour the eggs on the pan
Put tomato slices on
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place the pan in the oven for approx. 10 min. At 175 degrees.
Sprinkle the finished fritata with fresh basil leaves and grated parmesan.
Join anchovies in smaller pieces.
Server with antipasta.
