To prepare the Fried salmon with baked dill potato recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wash the potatoes, stew them and bag them at least 1 hour. When baked, split them in half and the potato meat is carefully scrapped out of the skull so it does not break. The potato mass is stirred with chopped dill, a little margerine and whipped cream as needed, this mash is placed in the shells. The moss is now baked approx. 10 min. in the oven. Meanwhile the salmon rose.
Served if required. With tomato salad or cucumber salad and bread.
