Clean the sprouts and blanch them for 2-3 minutes in boiling letsalted water. Take them up and halve them. Peel the carrots. Cut them into smaller pieces and blanch them for 1-2 minutes. Pile the garlic and cut it into very thin slices. Saute garlic on the pan with butter and oil without taking color. Take it off the forehead and put the sprouts on the forehead with the shield downwards. Place the carrots and let the vegetables roast with medium heat approx. 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add garlic and pine nuts. Stir under stirring for a couple of minutes and serve as an accessory for fish, drive or poultry.
