Instructions for Fried garfish with Apple dressing

To prepare the Fried garfish with Apple dressing recipe, please follow these instructions:

Halve horn fish across. Sprinkle the flesh side with salt and pepper and fold them together once. Turn them in together in a mixture of beaten egg and bread crumbs, flour, parsley, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Let the butter in a frying pan and fry the Golden horn, the fish therein, approx. 4 min. on each side.

Apple dressing: mix the sour cream with the other ingredients, and season to taste. Let the dressing stand cold for 1 hour. Stir it up before serving.
