Instructions for Fried Chicken
To prepare the Fried Chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Start making breadcrumbs. Put LIST broke in a blender and chop it all through.
2. Whip eggs in a plate
3. Put flour in another dish
4. Turn chicken thighs into flour
5. Then turn them into the whipped egg
6. Then turn them into the breadcrumbs. Make sure to "pinch" the breadcrumbles on chicken thighs so they do not fall off. It should act as a kind of dough around the chicken. You can do this several times. But once is enough.
7. Put them in a fryer pan the basket and give them about 10 min at 170 degrees. It depends on the size of the thighs, but 10 min should do it.
8. Take the chicken thighs up and spice them with spices, I prefer allround spice but the peppers or chilli powder is also delicious. If it's going to be strong you can use cayenne pepper.
9. Let the chicken thighs cool a little.
They may not be so good to freeze, but they can be left in a refrigerator and used as a food package.
