Ingredients for Fried Breads
1 | dl | Oil |
1 | tbsp | Salt |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
1000 | g | Wheat flour (preferably organic wheat) |
3 | dl | Grape seed oil |
5 | dl | Lukewarm water |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Fried Breads
To prepare the Fried Breads recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix water and yeast with flour, let it run together.
Add sugar, salt and oil, let it run for about 12 minutes at medium speed.
If the dough is too heavy add a little water and stir thoroughly.
Let the dough rest for five minutes before rolling it out into sausages and cut into smaller bowls. Then they should be lowered in hot oil and constantly turned, they must be golden.
Spray if necessary. With coarse salt.
