To prepare the Fried, boiled stockfish with green pepper and pickled red peppers recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put cut the fish in cold water for 24 hours, but change the water every 6. hour. Then boil it in milk for about 3 min. and cool. Under the grill the red peppers and tamper-proof grilleres free from skins. Then they are cut into strips and FRY slowly in a pan with a little olive oil until they are tender. Season with a little salt. Keep them warm and cut the green bell peppers in very thin strips. Grate the lemon zest over it.
Toast the bread on both sides.
Cut the cut the fish into 4 small pieces and fry them quickly in a pan in a little olive oil.
