To prepare the Freshly fried chicken fillet a la gordon bleu recipe, please follow these instructions:
The chicken fillets are spun thinly between 2 pieces of plastic, preferably in a freezer bag.
Filling:
The nuts are chopped fine, possibly. In blender. Eaten with gorgonzola. ¼ taken off and stored to the sauce.
The chopped chicken fillets are laid on a damp cutting board. The filling is squeezed out and put on one half of the chicken fillet, another half of the chicken folds over.
The chicken packets are first turned into flour, then in eggs and finally in rasp.
Stir on the forehead in plenty of butter, 8-10 minutes on each side.
Put the stored filling on the forehead together with the extra nuts, melt and brown easily before the whipping cream is added. Season with salt and pepper, but make sure the cheese is salt in its own right.
Served with buttered sprouts and rösti.
