Instructions for French garlic dish

To prepare the French garlic dish recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper and 4 -5 fat crushed garlic (inside) and place on a bottom of very thin slices of lemon and pepper in a refractory dish - add if necessary. Little oil and white wine at the bottom.
The chicken is cooked in the oven at approx. 160 degrees C. alm. Oven for 1.5-2 hours - just get brown !!

Boil rice, be loose and not wet, cool.
