4.5dlLukewarm water

Instructions for Form Bread

To prepare the Form Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

The yeast is crumbled in a bowl and dissolved with the warm liquid. Add salt, sugar, oil and most of the flour and knead the dough smoothly. Let it raise up to approx. 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 2 pieces. Form them into bread and put them in 2 greased rye bread or directly on a baking sheet. Let the loaves raise about 30 minutes.

Bake them at the bottom of the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 35 minutes. Take them out of the mold and let them cool off on a grid.

tips:
Brush possibly. Bring the bread with a little water and sprinkle with sesame seeds or wheat bran before baking.
