To prepare the Forloren hare (with potatoes in the father) recipe, please follow these instructions:
The chopped meat is mixed with salt, pepper, broth, 1 egg, grated onion, the raw peeled potatoes and half of the bacon cut into thin strips.
The parsley is shaped in an ovenproof dish and put in the oven preheated to 250 degrees until it is light browned.
Put a little broth on, the rest of the bacon slices are laid over the fad, the oven is dimmed to 160 degrees, and the lost hair roastes at this temperature for 40-45 minutes. If the bacon becomes too dark, put a piece of staniol over.
Add the steak slice to the sauce, add a little cream, smooth and taste with ribs jelly.
