Instructions for Flower Mountains Medals
To prepare the Flower Mountains Medals recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mørdej: All the ingredients are combined into a uniform dough. The dough is left cold for ½ hour. The cold dough rolls relatively thinly into plenty of flour.
The dough piece is cut out for approx. 20 pcs. Circles of approx. 7 cm. In diameter. Use a glass or the like.
The circles are baked on baking paper at 200 degrees until they are light golden, approx. 8 - 10 minutes. The bottoms are cooled to a baker.
Vanilla cream: 2 dl. Of the milk is boiled in a small pot. The vanilla bars are snapped on the long joints & amp; The vanilla grains are scratched with a small knife.
The grains are mixed with the sugar & amp; Mases together with a pallet knife so that the grains are separated. Vanilla Sugar, Maizena & amp; The remaining ½ dl. Milk is whipped well. Add egg blossoms & amp; Whip again.
When the milk boils, the vanilla mixture comes straight into the pan. Whip really well until the cream thickens nicely. The cream is immediately poured into a container. Put a piece of household film directly on the vanilla cream to prevent condensation.
Cool the cream completely in the fridge - minimum 2 hours. (The vanilla cream must be used the same day or the following day).
Construction: Whip the whipped cream to whipped cream (not too stiff). The whipped cream is picked up in a spray bag with star tyl & amp; Sprayed neatly in a high wreath of the 10 bottoms. (Put the spray bag with cream-skim in the refrigerator while the medals are further built up).
Fill 1 teaspoon. Good strawberry marmalade in every flowering skirt. The ice-cold vanilla cream is whipped with a whip & amp; Also come up in a syringe with a smaller tulle. (Please use a disposable syringe without tulle !!).
The vanilla cream is sprayed into the whipped cream wreath on top of the marmalade so that the "hole" is fully filled.
The 10 darkened "lid" is ironed with glaze & amp; Sprinkle with finely chopped pistachio. The "lags" are put on top. Finish with a small cream rosette & amp; A small slice of fresh strawberries. Store in a refrigerator until serving.
