To prepare the Flower and red wine roast with rosauceauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix 5 dl of wine with sugar and bring to a boil. Let it simmer 2 hours. Add the flowers and boil for a further 4 minutes. Filter approx. 4 dl of the wine mixture through a sophisticated mix aside to the sauce. Pure the rest of the flour mixture in a blender. Get the last dl of wine and lemon juice. Cool and style it into the fridge. When the mixture has cooled, it is placed in an ice cream form and placed in the freezer overnight. Take the rest of the wine mixture and the raisins and bring to a boil. Then cool the sauce. Put the sorbet on a dish and serve the sauce.
