100 | g | Sugar |
2 | tbsp | Water |
3 | Eggs | |
4 | drops | Lemon juice |
50 | g | Rosa Pralines |
Instructions for Floating Ø (microwave)
To prepare the Floating Ø (microwave) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Warm milk and vanilla sugar for 2½ minutes at 100%.
Turn the eggs out and divide the whites and plums. Whip the flowers with the sugar. Until they are white. Then pour the warm milk into the mend they whip all the time.
Put it in the oven for 1 minute at 100%, whip and put it back for another 1 minute at 100%. Pour immediately into a serving dish. If the cream clumps, it can be blended in a food processor
The pralines are broken into powder.
Make a sauce of sugar, water and lemon juice blended in a measuring glass and put in the oven for 2 minutes at 100%.
Butter a soufleform and whipped whiskey. Put the mold in the fridge.
Take the "island" out of shape. To prevent it from breaking, first let it slip on a plate and from there into the cream.
Server cold, decorated with pralines.
