2 | tsp | Sugar |
200 | g | Flax seed |
40 | g | Salt |
5 | dl | Buttermilk |
5 | dl | Water |
75 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Flaxseed with buttermilk
To prepare the Flaxseed with buttermilk recipe, please follow these instructions:
Buttermilk and water are lent for approx. Add 37 degrees C yeast to it and add salt, sugar and flax seed and stir well. The flour is added gradually and the dough is kneaded until it is smooth and smooth. The dough is added for approx. 45 min.
Take the dough out on a crispy table and hit the dough down. Divide the dough into 6 pieces and make two slices of bread. Let the breadbreads adhere for approx. 15 min and brush them with a whipped egg.
Bake them approx. 30 min at 180 - 200 degrees C.
