Ingredients for Flammkuchen

Canola oil
Salt
0.25tspSugar
1.3dlLukewarm milk
15gYeast
150gReally good smoked ham with a fat edge
200gSour cream
200gOnion
200gYoghurt or suchlike
250gWheat flour (can also well be made of spelt or suchlike)

Instructions for Flammkuchen

To prepare the Flammkuchen recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir all of the ingredients for the dough together and let it raise for about 20 minutes.

In between time, the sauce is stirred. Mix all ingredinser to the sauce, and season with salt.

Cut the onions in half moon shaped rings and cut the ham into small cubes.

When the dough is finished with raising, it must be rolled thinly, as for a pizza around 25x35cm portion should be enough for 2 servings.

When the dough is rolled out a well greased layer of sour cream sauce on the bottom, then distributed to sample and afterwards the ham.

They need to bake at about 250 degrees C in 10-15 minutes.
