Instructions for Flame Figs
To prepare the Flame Figs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brown sugar in a frying pan, add the butter and let it shower of, then add the grated to of 1 orange and 1 lemon, hazelnuts, juice of 2 oranges and one lemon. Let Cook in. (this part of the dessert can be made in advance) Let the figs drip well and warm them up in sugar sirup, whip cream and mix it with vanilla ice cream, hot Pernod up in a pan, pour it over the antænd the figs and serve immediately.
