400 | g | Fish meat |
50 | g | Wheat flour |

Chop the fish flesh with a sharp knife. Chop the onion finely. Grate the carrots fine. Mash the potatoes with a fork. Mix fish, potatoes, onions, carrots, egg, paprika, 1 teaspoon. salt and ΒΌ TSP. pepper. Shape the fish mixture into 8 rissoles. Turn them in flour. Pork rissoles in butter about 5 minutes on each side. Make horseradish sauce of: plain yogurt, vinegar and horseradish. Tips: use cod or salmon, tuna, crab or salmon from canned or leftover cooked fish.
