Instructions for Fish fillet with beer panering
To prepare the Fish fillet with beer panering recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour, corn flour and baking soda in a bowl, take a few tablespoons from a plate. Mix beer and Danish water in the rest and stir until there are no more clumps. Allow the mass to rest for 20-30 minutes.
Dup fish fillets wipe with kitchen roll and turn them into flour mixture. Then dip them into the beer pan and slowly put them in the deep fryer or on a pan with lots of hot oil. Steps for panning are golden.
Tip: If the fillets are thick, the temperature should be slightly lower for the fryer, as the fish will not be passed until the pan becomes dark.
