Instructions for Finnish herring
To prepare the Finnish herring recipe, please follow these instructions:
Give a brief rehashing the peas in salted water and let them drain well. Put them in a dish with edge and put the herring fillets are cut into narrow strips. Whip the cream very stiff and stir in mustard, grated onion and Curry in. Wide it over herring fillets and marinate cold for an hour. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
You can also replace the peas with cold sliced potatoes.
