Instructions for Finnish bread
To prepare the Finnish bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Make sure the butter is not too hard, so can the dough easier. Findel butter in the flour and mix the sugar in the dough and set it cool. assemble 15 min.
Roll it into rods, 2 ½ cm in diameter. Push them a little flat and brush with the beaten egg.
Cut the rods in the 3-4 cm long pieces. Brush pasties again with egg and dip them in tesukker and chopped almonds.
Behind the cakes at 200 degrees c. alm. oven at the top of the oven for approx. 10 min.
