150 | g | Gorgonzola |
150 | g | Red bell pepper |
200 | g | Mushrooms |
300 | g | Leek |
4 | dl | Whipped cream |

600 | g | Pork Tenderloin, trimmed |

Instructions for Fillet in gorgonzola sauce
To prepare the Fillet in gorgonzola sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sauté the sliced peppers, and mushroom porere, without the tar coloring on the forehead, and it came over in a greased casserole dish.
Cut the tenderloin into 8 patties, Brown on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
Butter steaks with mustard and a slice of bacon around each twist. Put the steaks on top of the vegetables.
Melt gorgonzolaen in cream and pour the sauce over the steaks. Set the dish in the oven at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve rice, pasta, salad or bread.
