Instructions for Filled garfish with pesto
To prepare the Filled garfish with pesto recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the redecorated garfish in ca. 8 cm long pieces. Remove carefully the Green legs. The fish must be like double filet, IE. without the back is cut up.
Peel and chop the onion, garlic, Basil and parsley. Fill it in the fish. The fish turned into flour with salt and pepper. FRY in a frying pan in ca. 6-8 min. is taken up and served on a plate.
Slice the potatoes and carrots into cubes 2 x 2 cm and boil them in salted water until tender. Add the peas about 2 minutes before the potatoes are done. Drain and season with salt and pepper.
Pesto: Basil, chopped, toasted pine nuts, parmasanost, olive oil and finely chopped garlic mixed in a bowl and serve with the potatoes.
