Instructions for Festpie with Bærsovs
To prepare the Festpie with Bærsovs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring wheat flour, almonds, sugar, cold fat into pieces and egg yolk in a kitchen machine. Run it all for a smooth dough and let it rest for a moment. Roll the dough onto a floured table. The dough must be larger than the shape, which should be 25 cm in diameter. Lay the dough into the mold, shape the edge evenly and press down the mandrel down the edge. Knock the base with a fork and bag it at 200 degrees on the bottom groove for about 10 minutes. Stir quark and flour together and add cream fraiche. Divide the eggs and pour the egg yolks into the mixture. Whip egg whites to hard foam. Stir the flour in the dough and gently twist the egg whites. Pour the dough into a pie shape and bag it at 200 degrees on the bottom ridge for 25 minutes or until the dough is stiffened and the pig has a color. Blame the strawberries, pinch them and drive them to a sauce in a blender with the sugar. Serve the pizza with the sauce.
