Salt
1Eggs
1tbspChopped capers
1Small grated onion
2tbspChopped beetroot
2tbspWater
4Raw egg yolks
4Raw onion rings
4slicesSandwich bread
400gBeef minced
50gMargarine

Instructions for Ferris steaks

To prepare the Ferris steaks recipe, please follow these instructions:

The beef should be of a good quality and only be chopped once. Forcemeat is added into a bowl and it diced in all, got water and eggs in and stir it all through, but not so it will be cool.

Form 4 square steaks directly on bread slices and fry them with the flesh side down in 25 g margarine.

Got a little more margarine on and turn the steaks and sprinkle salt and pepper on at will. Put steaks onto a warm dish as soon as bread side is crisp and golden.

Garnish with onion rings and raw egg yolk
