500-600 | g | Potatoes – preferably with Peel |

To prepare the Fat-free pomfrits (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the water in boil and add salt.
When the water boils, the potato sticks come in. When the water boils again, the heat turns off and the potatoes "stand" for 4 minutes.
The potatoes are poured into a barrel / sieve where they should drip well. Dip them dry with a cloth.
Fresh herbs such as Thyme and oregano chopped.
Garlic chopped (can be omitted)
Mix it all with the potatoes on baking paper on a frying pan.
Bake at 225 degrees for 30-40 min. Turn around occasionally.
Dry with salt before serving.
