Instructions for Fastelavnsboller VIIII
To prepare the Fastelavnsboller VIIII recipe, please follow these instructions:
Water and yeast are stirred together.
The Margarine crumbled in the flour. Add water, salt, sugar, yams and eggs and the dough is kneaded together. Then the dough must be raised for a slight spot for approx. 40 min.
The dough is cut down and divided into two or three pieces, each of which is rolled out and cut into squares about 10 x 10 cm. A tbsp. Cream is distributed on each square, after which the dough is wrapped well around the cream. The balls are placed on a farm with the joint downwards, gently push the balls at the end so they are completely closed.
The balls must be replenished for 10 minutes after which they must be brushed with milk or eggs and baked for approx. 15 min at 200 degrees.
