Instructions for Fastelavensboller
To prepare the Fastelavensboller recipe, please follow these instructions:
Margarine is melted, and pour in the cream, so that it is snug. Dissolve the yeast in a little of the warm cream. All the liquid is mixed with salt, sugar and flour. The dough is kneaded together and highlights uncovered for about 45 minutes.
Roll the dough out with light hand on a floured board into about 1 cm thickness. Cut it into squares of 10 * 10 cm, and put a little marzipan on each dejstykke. Close the squares together and form it into buns. Style them on the join, brush with the beaten egg whites and let them after raise at the plate.
Buns bake about 12 minutes at 210 degrees c. alm. oven.
The cooled buns garnish with powdered sugar sprinkle fine or thin strips of cake icing.
