Ingredients for Fast fiber buns
1 | tbsp | Honey |
1 | dl | Plain yogurt |
100 | g | Flax seed |
150 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | tsp | Salt |
4 | dl | Water |
400 | g | Whole wheat flour or wholemeal spelt flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Fast fiber buns
To prepare the Fast fiber buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Pour yogurt of natural and water into one
Bowl and dissolve the yeast in it. Add salt,
Honey, grahamsmel and flax seed. Tube
Wheat flour in the dough slightly at a time and stir,
Until the dough is soft and well glued.
2. Distribute the dough (use 2 spoonfuls if necessary)
In 12 bowls on a baking sheet with baking paper. Let them raise the cover one
Loose place approx. 1½ hours.
3. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
Sprinkle the balls with a little flour and bag them for approx. 20 min.
