The beans are divided in the middle of the mouths, too. And do not be too wet.
Whistled pressed or finely chopped.
The sausages are cut into 1-2 cm large bites.
Heat a large pot well and have it on medium heat.
Bring the oil to the saucepan and then add the onions of chilli and garlic and cook it all for 3-5 minutes so the onions are easily ready but without the vegetables starting to drop the water and become soft. Bring the beans together with tomato sauce and stir the mixture that the tomato is lightly switched for about 1 minute.
Pour about 3 dl of boiling water and stir around so the tomatoes are well dissolved.
Bring more water in until it almost covers the vegetables.
Bring boulion cubes and let it all boil. Taste the right to and add more salt.
Make a mixture of about 1spsk maizena with top and ½dl cold water and even the sauce lightly so that it can hang on the vegetables but not so it's yellowish. (You may need more or less of the smoothie vourdér yourself)
Turn the pot off when the sauce has the right thickness and again boils.
Then bring the sausage pieces and stir them into the sauce. Let the dish draw about 5 minutes on a table dish away from the heat before serving. Then the sausages are hot and the dishes are cold enough to eat.
tips:
The dish is child friendly if you do not use too much chili and they can easily help prepare the peppers onion beans and sausages. The preparation itself after preparation should take up to 15 minutes. Otherwise, the peppers and onions will be lean and the beans change color and look boring. Therefore, it is important to have a good thick pot well heated and keep the heat high. Use the good though more expensive Danish sausages for the best experience and always natural bowel! The sausages only taste the same day while the sauce is also good day after. If it is to be more low-fat, the sausages can be replaced with turkey strips but add more salt. The dish is easily converted to more people. Add 100g beans ½peberfruit and ½ onion more per person.
