To prepare the Fætterlavnsboller recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lun the milk in a pan until it is finger warm. Pour the milk into a large bowl and dissolve the yeast. Add sugar, salt, egg and margarine and stir with a wooden bowl. Add the flour gradually and knead the dough well until it is soft. Form the dough for 24 buns. Let them rise for 50 minutes. Squeeze a bowl into each bowl and fill the jam or cream into the bowl. Whip an egg together in a cup and brush around the jam with the egg. Bake the balls in a 220 degree preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
