To prepare the Erna Walnutderoulade recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip egg and sugar easily and airily. Sieve flour, baking soda and vanilla. Gently flatter the flour with a spoon. Put baking paper in a frying pan approx. 20x25cm. Wipe the dough and sprinkle the surface with chopped nuts. Bag for 7-8 min. At 225-250 degrees. It is very important that it does not get too much, it must hardly turn brown. Turn the bottom onto a new piece of baking paper. Brush the backside with water so it is easy to pull the paper off. Load the paper loosely again until the dough is completely cold. Mix the fruit with whipped cream and pour it over the cake and roll it together.
