Instructions for Envelopes
To prepare the Envelopes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter, flour and eggs are jumbled together into a dough, which should rest in a cool half an hour or longer. The right thin rolled out and cut into squares of about 6 x 6 cm. A BLOB of jelly or jam is on each, and the corners are folded over so that they meet in the middle and covers geleen completely. Brushed with egg yolk, an almond is put on, so the envelope must be sealed. Bake at 170 degrees C in approximately 15-20 minutes.
