1.5-2 | dl | Oatmeal |
4 | dl | Pure elderberry juice |
50 | g | Butter |
50 | g | Sugar |

To prepare the Elderberry soup with toasted oatmeal recipe, please follow these instructions:
Toasted oatmeal: melt the butter in a large frying pan. Grate grynene oat crisp and Golden with the sugar, stirring continuously. Pour them to cool on a plate.
Elderberry soup: Bring 1 l of water and juice to a boil and season to taste with sugar.
Stir in potato flour out of the rest of the water and smooth elderberry soup with it. Stir it in all at once, when it boils, and take the pot away from flared, it must not boil again.
