To prepare the Eggs with ham filling recipe, please follow these instructions:
The eggs are pilled and half lengthened. The egg yolks are taken out and chopped with capers. The ham is cut into small cubes. Eggs, capers and ham are mixed with creme fraiche, which are then filled in half the eggs.
The eggs are served on a bottom of striped salad.
Serve bread and butter.
tips:
Should some eggs remain after dinner, they can be chopped and put on a slice of French bread or in a sandwich.
