Instructions for Eggnog from Paradishus
To prepare the Eggnog from Paradishus recipe, please follow these instructions:
Divide the eggs into plums and whites. Whip the egg yolks and half of the sugar into an eggshell. Whip the whites with the other half of the sugar. Mix both and whip at low speed milk, rum, whiskey, and half of the cream and vanilla sugar together. Sprinkle the other half of the cream to the whipped cream and fold it in. Nutmeg is torn over each cup before serving. Cream can be omitted and replaced with milk. Can be added cinnamon and / or cardamom to taste - but beware of the amount.

Served cold. Put it if necessary. In the fridge some hours before serving. You can also use ice cubes.
